Paint Prep on a Luxury RV. Marathon Mondays with Mal: Ep.91

Every luxury RV manufactured by Marathon Coach must be thoroughly prepped before it is painted. Follow Mal through the Paint Department for yet another exploration into the process of manufacturing a Marathon coach. In this episode, Mal shows us some of the newest coaches on the production floor getting prepped and painted: see Show Coach #1303 completely masked off, having just received a first layer of insulating Temp-Coat applied to the roof; view Show Coach #1302 (Marathon's milestone 1300th coach) as it is block-sanded to smooth all the fiberglass surfaces before painting; and check out some other coaches with fresh coats of paint. As he does every week, Mal shows us some of the many meticulous processes involved in creating a Marathon.
