Dynamic paint, striking chrome exterior details, and a rich tri-stage red define the newest Marathon Coach Signature Build to roll out of our Oregon production facility. Coach 1419 is a custom luxury motorcoach that commands attention through precision, depth, and intentional design.

Pinned in black and accented with a dyed top coat, the tri-stage red delivers remarkable depth and clarity. Sweeping red, black, white, and cream graphics stretch across the 45-foot Prevost chassis with a sense of motion, even at a standstill. The interplay between the bold upper design, expansive windows, and polished chrome accents creates a sharp, modern profile that feels both powerful and refined.

Every Marathon Coach begins with a vision. For a Signature Build, our in-house designers collaborate closely with the client to develop a fully bespoke exterior paint design. From curated inspiration galleries to final renderings, each detail is thoughtfully considered before the coach enters our in-house paint facility.

The transformation from matte white Prevost shell to finished Marathon is a meticulous, multi-stage process. Custom vinyl masks are created to define each graphic element. Paint is applied in layers, with masks removed between stages to reveal crisp lines and dimensional color. Once the design is complete, the coach receives seven layers of high-gloss clear coat to enhance the flake, pearl, and depth of the finish.

After curing for nearly a month, the surface is cut and buffed to achieve the mirror-like shine that distinguishes a Marathon Coach on the open road.
