Meet Mattie the Dancing Matilda

It’s no wonder that this leaping, lovable Australian Labradoodle with the broad dog smile is known as Mattie the dancing Matilda. This two-year-old, non-shedding cutie belongs to Marathon coach owners Jake and Nancy. Although we hear she may be a tad spoiled, we see no diva attitude in this one.

Instilling the love of travel in both their children and their dogs, Jake and Nancy have been enjoying the RV lifestyle since 1973. After traveling with two joyful labs for 13 years, they took an eight-year hiatus from four-legged companions. But once they met Mattie, everything changed. Sociable, happy and quick to learn, Mattie is always ready for an adventure. In fact, we recently spotted her in Petosky, Michigan for the Quebec pre-rally and in Quebec City for the fall rally in “her” Marathon coach. Happy adventuring, Mattie.
