If you’re currently staying at Camp Marathon Oregon, you’ve probably met Princess Trixie. Social, sweet and cuteness personified, this half Pomeranian and half Chinese Crested has traveled to 26 states so far – pretty fantastic for an 11-year-old. The Rodericks took her in as a rescue when she was three months old. Impossibly tiny and having never made a peep, they weren’t convinced she even had a voice until one day, spotting the gardeners in the back yard, she became mighty protector of the house. Although subtle of bark, this double coated beauty is big in personality. If you get a chance to say hello to this member of the Marathon family (and her parents), we encourage you to take it.
