A service testimonial from new coach owners

We’re pleased to share a testimonial from the new coach owners of Marathon Coach #1263 to Marathon Oregon Service Manager Chris Welch:

Dear Chris,

We would like to thank you and the entire service department for your outstanding attention you gave us and our coach for warranty work this past week. Without making this a lengthy, we feel that you should know how important you made us feel while visiting here.
From the initial meeting to go over items that needed addressed, you made us feel at ease and took all the time we needed to discuss things on our new 2018 Marathon Coach. You made us feel that nothing will be an issue, our coach will be in perfect condition and we will absolutely love the coach when we leave your facility. What a way to start out owning our first Marathon coach!

The attention that each and every service member gave our coach was unbelievable! Any item that was being addressed, your team was very patient and willing to make sure our issue was fixed to our complete satisfaction and that we understood why that issue was happening. They all were willing to go above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with any fixes they were making and did it with a smile!

After taking the tour of the factory, we were blown away by the length of time that a lot of the employees have been with Marathon. You can tell that everyone loves their jobs! They would stop and take the time to talk to us as we browsed through their space and explain what their job was. Everyone has an eye for detail and a love for what they do! The camaraderie of the entire facility is amazing to us and a breath of fresh air. Employees are truly happy being at Marathon. You can tell that customers are important to each and every one of them. It gave us an additional confidence that our coach was made with the best hands and knowledgeable employees that are truly happy to be at Marathon. This in turn is the result of a well-built product!

While in the customer lounge as our coach was being worked on, we met other Marathon owners who feel exactly the same way we do. Everyone expressing their complete trust in the Marathon facility and backing their product one hundred percent! What a great feeling to have amongst other owners.

Even though we are over 2,500 miles away, this was truly worth the drive for us to meet everyone and see the factory. We would absolutely not have a problem making the trip again for such excellent service, if needed. As you stated in your first email to us, “We want to make the most of your Coburg visit. We will do our best to get your coach fine-tuned and working the way it should be in no time. I am confident you will enjoy your new coach for years to come.” You did not disappoint! We are so excited to be a part of the Marathon family and are looking forward to making many memories!
